Still broken for me

After breaking the game SE reports they fixed it, suggests deleting the game then reinstalling it. Done that 3 times so far, download goes to about 80% then same error from days ago. "Download Interrupted" over and over and over... Heres the kicker, support wont respond to you if you dont have a query code, which is locked inside the game. God forbid they manage to break their own game then bar you from getting any support because of their incompetence. They need to fix this issue, some can play, lovely, I for one and others on various forums still can not... We just have NO way of letting them know. I want my account back, I had to delete it, if my stuff is gone, all my time wasted... Thats ridiculous... Why pay money to anyone who just breaks their own game, and locks your ability to get help from you. Its money and time... If this isnt fixed , this is nothing more than a robber app. Pay till we break it, then hope you give up trying... At the very least they should put a link to get a query ticket on the games splash page at launch, maybe in the useless "help section" that just tells you to go to the one in game...
