Good game but download error

I like the game I always play and I like the story some what, but like others said I havent been able to play for a week because of the download error message. I tired using THREE different Internet (home, public library, and school) but nothing. I also have LTE and still nothing. So Square Enix please fix because this is the first time I am saying something bad on a Square Enix game. I want to play again...
