Cannot finish downloading in game files for game events when on title screen even after the problem was supposedly fixed. Tried the solution they offered to get it working again but problem persists. Ready to give up and uninstall permanently.

app no longer works. seems like anyone who can help you doesnt care. was a fun game up until this. what a waste of time

Still cant download after a week. This is 3 days after they said the issue was fixed. Worst part is lack of acknowledgement that there is still a problem. No updates about it on support page, Facebook, forums.

In typical SE fashion, very little updates to the consumers about an ETA for resolving the issue(s). Theyve always had poor customer service with other games in their portfolio (any FF online pay game for example). I also have tried their suggestions and even went so far as to download on other devices with no iCloud assiciation to no avail. Can an admin at least post some more frequent (more than say, one) update and tell the users whether the data will be recoverable and a working file uploaded to the server for retrieval before you lose your fan base for good?

I put over $2000 in this game and they cant fix it. Common!

Happy to to be able to play again after their event caused an error for a week that many couldnt play. However no attempt to credit us for lost days on the daily login chart... Now we will miss rewards. I get it is a free game, but I toss in coins often for hunts. Big let down. Very upset with the Guardian Cross team

I love this game but the troubleshooting and trying to redownload the game for a week was really frustrating! The game just downloaded today. 4 stars for now, but could easily change if they keep up the technical problems!

The game service is now fixed, so thats good. The game is a fun "daily-casual" style experience. The long outage however, gives us past players a reason to hesitate.

This game has a storyline which is typical to the Square format. If you dont pump money into this game, you will not ever encounter a 4-5 level star guardian. Furthermore, while your energy increases quickly - one minute per point- it takes five points to battle one enemy and youre only given 50 points. The dungeon I am on now, two days into this, is about 15 floors which equates to six hours of gameplay on one dungeon! There are about 900 guardians, but if you dont want to spend any money, dont bother.

I just downloaded this game and I havent even gotten a chance to play it because the game wont even load past the black screen. Ive left it there for 10 minutes and nothing. Im giving this one star. Im uninstalling it and looking for something else to play.

My experience? After almost 2 years, I have never, I repeat never have gotten an ACE 5 star. Meaning, there are lots of hackers and cheaters on here. You can never get S in a coliseum. No matter. It is very addicting and expensive. Even after spending tons on coins, u never get AcEs. So who do you play in coliseums? Impossible decks. Like all one type of guardian with an aura to match. Thieves and hackers. Want to level the field ? Buy the aces off eBay or be a hacker. Waste your money on coins you are feeding the problem. They need to remove the single element aura enchanters and remove Aces to make a fair game.

This game is pretty good if you like this kind of thing. I have played the game for a little under a month and have gotten a few good guardians. Will I one day compete for top spot in the arena for this? No, because in this game the ahead stay ahead. However thats more to do with the games balance than anything. If you put enough time ad effort into the game and use your resources well; you could probably be one of the top players in the game in a couple months. Thats without using money.

I hacked this game, make multi acc in this game by jailbroken idevice so i have a lot of 5*.. If any of new player wanna some free 5*, add my Line id : paul_deathnote No need to wasting ur money to buy coins in this game.. Easy to hack, easy to play.. Happy Gaming

This game looked like so much fun, but it never got past the loading screen. I think its a waste of your time.

A fantasy based card game that rarely dips into the FINAL FANTASY series, the story is more like the tale of a kingdoms affairs. It breaks down into a liner progression map, like turns on a board game. Then theres "shooting" zones where I can capture cards (or guardians) using a burster rifle. The game starts off slow but could grow on you as fast as your card collection does. I played to be social with my friend group but still play for the shooting mini-game.

This is the worst hunting game ever. You get the cards and you lv them up..... The fight is auto and no strategy involve. I literally feel no connection with my cards or the hunting part.

Not that great of a game. Give enough time into it and its barely playable still. Hunt is not fun, nor is combat really. I would suggest Heavenstrike Rivals if you are looking for a fun, challenging free game with lots of potential for growth and strategy.

DO NOT GET THIS APP! Its crashes constantly on card hunts. Particularly when your on a paid or hard to acquire special hunt. The customer service takes days, up to weeks to resolve issues. Usually the compensation is a cheap ticket hunt not what was lost. The game can easily be hacked, so there are people that swindle new players out of their good legitimate cards for copied or hacked cards so the unsuspecting player can be banned without realizing why. The game play itself is monotonous. The content is recycled each week with very slight color or name changes. There are way better card games out there and this one really doesnt live up to square enixs past reputation.

Honestly I like this game and its a great game.So far Ive really liked it but I have one major problem.In the hunting area where you catch your guardians sometimes when I capture a guardian the game freezes Ive waited for a long time and nothing happened it didnt unfreeze.So then I have to close out the app and I dont get my guardian plus sometimes I dont even see the guardians rank which makes me suspicious and think what if that guardian was the rarest in the game?Although it doesnt happen every hunt its still very annoying

I went on a special hunt 14 times in a row and didnt get a single 5* card even when the chances were tripled. Dont spend your money (like I did) if the chances of getting a 5* card is next to nothing
