Unable to play now

Game is now crashing at the login screen when it wants to update this weeks event. This is happening after updating to iOS 9.0.1.

Keeps crashing since update yesterday. I even deleted the app no reinstalled. No go.

Games that dont work anymore get 1 star. And thats generous.

For two days I get a "Download Interrupted" message when trying to start game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled from App Store and it still doesnt work.

Its been three days since the download has been interrupted I have money stuck in that game so fix it or youre stealing from me but besides that good game

Been unable to play for four days now, took three for them to acknowledge it. Their "suggestions" to fix issue are things many people have already tried. They also offer mediocre compensation that doesnt matter if we cant play.

Still no go. SE please fix the app

Tried downloading 4 times. When installing in game each time an error message states incomplete download tried all the suggestions posted by square to no avail.

This game is a standout in the genre but after about a week and an update it will no longer work. Download interrupted, it says. Really a shame. I was enjoying it.

Ive tried everything but I still cant access the game. The login screen continuously says download Interuppted. Now i feel like Ive lost all of my hard work in a matter of minute since. The maintainence hasnt done a thing to help either.

Even after they said they fixed the problem from earlier this week, I still cant download the new content even after uninstalling and reinstalling as they suggested

This was a great game. However there are always issues with the app. Also the almighty colosseum cards are only setup for the top 450 each week. This creates a HUGE brick wall to get over. In order to become 1 of the 450 you cant have a job and dedicate you life to the game. I do love this game, but it is setup for the normal player to give up. Also it shouldnt, reward you if you dont have a job and live in your parents basement. I wont quit the game, but I will not stop writing reviews on every updated version of the game. Signed a 2+ year player.

This game was very fun before the glitches. Ive played for 2+ years, and have never had problems until this past few months. Its constantly being "debugged," but the game continually crashes or fails to download. Such a waste of a good concept

After breaking the game SE reports they fixed it, suggests deleting the game then reinstalling it. Done that 3 times so far, download goes to about 80% then same error from days ago. "Download Interrupted" over and over and over... Heres the kicker, support wont respond to you if you dont have a query code, which is locked inside the game. God forbid they manage to break their own game then bar you from getting any support because of their incompetence. They need to fix this issue, some can play, lovely, I for one and others on various forums still can not... We just have NO way of letting them know. I want my account back, I had to delete it, if my stuff is gone, all my time wasted... Thats ridiculous... Why pay money to anyone who just breaks their own game, and locks your ability to get help from you. Its money and time... If this isnt fixed , this is nothing more than a robber app. Pay till we break it, then hope you give up trying... At the very least they should put a link to get a query ticket on the games splash page at launch, maybe in the useless "help section" that just tells you to go to the one in game...

The app has been broken for 5 days. Have contacted customer service, and they were entirely unhelpful. The game team claims the issue is fixed, and some players can use it, but MANY remain locked out. Square Enix: FIX THIS PROBLEM.

I like the game I always play and I like the story some what, but like others said I havent been able to play for a week because of the download error message. I tired using THREE different Internet (home, public library, and school) but nothing. I also have LTE and still nothing. So Square Enix please fix because this is the first time I am saying something bad on a Square Enix game. I want to play again...

Game wont load for the past week, same as others I just get "download interrupted" message.

Like many other reviewers, Im still getting the infamous "download interrupted" message, even though they say its fixed & Ive done everything they said to do to fix it. Newsflash, Square Enix: ITS NOT FIXED!!!!! If they ever get it working again I may change back to 5 stars, but in the meantime its really, really broken & Im really, really frustrated. I do love this game when it works, .

It was a great game until the last update. Now I cant play anymore and all the money I put into the game was for nothing. How about fixing the problem before those of us who cant play anymore find a better use for our time and money.
